**Job Overview**
The Financial Service Manager (also known as F&I manager) is responsible for securing financing for customers, selling protection products, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulations and manufacture and lender guidelines. This role acts as a critical bridge between the sales team, customers and lending institutions.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all financial operations within the dealership, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.
- Assist customers in understanding financing options and help them make informed decisions regarding their purchases.
- Negotiate financing terms with lenders to secure the best possible rates for customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services available in the market.
- Train and mentor junior finance staff to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in financial services, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and lenders alike.
- Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Ensure all vehicle sales paperwork is accurate, complete, and processed promptly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.
Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
