Our client is looking for a licensed Audiologist to join their team as a partner. This is a unique
opportunity to not only practice audiology but also take on a leadership role in shaping the
future of the clinic.
As a Partner Audiologist, you will be entitled to the phantom share program, giving you equity
in the clinic and a share in its success.

Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
$5,000 Signing Bonus

Work-Life Balance: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Flexible), 1-hour lunch
Three Locations: All within a 10-minute drive
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Audiology Services:
- Conduct audiological assessments, hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and repairs.
- Provide client-centred care, counselling, and personalised hearing solutions.
- Perform cerumen management and hearing health screenings.
Business & Leadership Role:
- Participate in decision-making processes on pricing, hiring, and clinic operations.
- Help establish long-term strategies for business growth.
- Stay updated on hearing aid technology advancements and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance skills and client care.
Client & Team Engagement:
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and compassionate approach with clients and
colleagues.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to optimise business operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Fully licensed Audiologist (CASLPO) and eligible to practice in Ontario.
1+ years of experience preferred (but not a deal-breaker).
Experience with Blueprint Solutions and Otosuite is an asset
Strong communication & leadership skills with a desire to take on business responsibilities
Strategic mindset & interest in business growth within the hearing healthcare industry.
Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
