The Information and Technology department plays an essential role on the business team, typically implementing hardware and software solutions to business problems. The IT personnel holds a professional position in such areas as client/server or Web development, systems analysis and network administration.

**Core Accountabilities**
- Wiping, rebuilding, and provisioning PCs and laptops for new deployment.
- Support various technological projects to improve operations.
- Escalate issues to the next Tier as required.

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Science or related degree.
- Good knowledge of SAN/NAS, Windows 200x, Active Directory, MS Exchange, VoIP and security infrastructure technology and best practices.
- Customer service mind set and focus to meet and exceed expectations.
- Strong technical skills.
- Strong problem resolution.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees.
