**What You'll Do**
- Conduct door-to-door outreach in neighborhoods with senior populations
- Visit senior centers, community events, and local organizations
- Educate families about in-home care options and Corelia Health services
- Distribute information materials and generate qualified leads
- Build relationships with seniors, families, and community partners
- Schedule consultations with our care coordination team
- Reporting to the Regional Head - Northern Ontario

**Requirements**:
**Must Have**:

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfortable with door-to-door community outreach
- Compassionate, patient approach with seniors
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Smartphone for lead tracking and communication
- Legally eligible to work in Canada as independent contractor

**Assets**:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach
- Background in healthcare or senior services
- French language skills or other languages
- Connections in North Bay senior community

**What We Provide**
- Comprehensive training on services and sales approach
- Marketing materials (brochures, business cards, branded clothing)
- Lead tracking and commission portal access
- Ongoing coaching and support
- Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel

**Independent Contractor Details**

**Important**: This is an independent contractor position, not employment.

You will:

- Set your own schedule and work methods
- Be responsible for income taxes (receive T4A at year-end)
- Not receive employee benefits or minimum wage protections
- May need to register for HST if earnings exceed $30,000/year
- Submit invoices for commission payments

We recommend consulting an accountant regarding tax obligations and setting aside 25-30% of earnings for taxes.

Pay: $4,000.00-$4,500.00 per month
