**As Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)**, you will play a strategic role on the D&I team. Along with collaborating on planning and implementing the overall strategy for North America, you will guide and lead large-scale mandates and advise and make recommendations on best D&I practices. You will work closely with Human Resources and Communications teams. Are you ready to be a committed ally and make a real impact on our organization’s culture and development? **Daily tasks**
- Plan, implement, and manage D&I initiatives in close cooperation with HR teams (self-identification questionnaire, training, and more)
- Plan and draft content in collaboration with the Communications team and external partners (newsletters, social media posts, varied reports, and more)
- Focus communications efforts and develop communications plans
- Ensure that our D&I platforms are up to date and evolving
- Provide guidance and support to employee resource groups in their activities
- Establish performance indicators and monitoring tables
- Monitor D&I trends and best practices and provide advice and recommendations

**What you bring to the D&I team**
- At least 5 years’ experience in human resources, industrial relations, organizational development, D&I or any discipline deemed relevant
- Experience in organizational communications (an asset)
- Excellent understanding of North American D&I issues
- Project-management skills
- Excellent communications and influencing skills
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
