**Job Duties/Responsibilities**

Monthly Orders
- Request and set up monthly orders from CDN FOB suppliers - issue releases, attach pickup #’s if required arrange carriers, arrange pickup dates and book appointments for carriers.

Inventory Management
- Monitor mills daily production to ensure incoming material to mills are at adequate levels, to be back up for Furnish Procurement Supervisor
- Adjust mills daily incoming tons as needed - Juggling loads in between mills and warehouses, adding in extra loads/grades as needed or cancelling loads by mill request on certain grades - as advised by Furnish Procurement Supervisor and/or Mill Buyer.
- Monitor all downtime of mills machine to determine whether loads need to be moved/cancelled to adjust for next day opening inventory as backup for Furnish Procurement Supervisor
- Learning to forecast; mills need 2 weeks in advance

Scheduling
- Schedule monthly orders
- Juggle loads due to inventories, downtimes, rejections, quality.
- Monitor appointments for all mills ensuring carriers and suppliers are delivering, following up when appointments are missed.
- Re-routing, re-booking missed or late appointments as needed

Reporting
- Mill downtime report for all 3 mills tracking daily downtimes
- Wait time report - tracks financial costs of the 3 mills and monthly totals
- Developed a statistical report that graphs the correlation in mill downtimes against waiting time costs.
- Create intercompany memos on new protocols as backup for Furnish Procurement Supervisor
- Create notices on new protocols/procedures and supply to carriers and suppliers as backup for Furnish Procurement Supervisor
- Track unloading issues/communication issues at all 3 mills and follow up with shift, yard and mill supervisors

Sales
- Bill all intercompany sales between Canes trailer loads and New Forest Paper Mills as backup for Furnish Procurement Supervisor
- Bill all warehouse loads sold to Atlantic and New Forest paper mills. as backup for Furnish Procurement Supervisor

Recycling Division
- Back up for Recycling Division Supervisor
- Dispatching, scheduling runs, pricing, setting up new accounts.

Miscellaneous / Data Entry
- Debits and Credits
- All other duties as required
