We are looking for exceptional Sub-Contractor drivers to join our white van fleet, providing shuttle transportation under DATS (Disabled Adult Transportation Services).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide door-to-door public transportation for those who are unable to access other transportation services.
- Must have exceptional customer care and well-developed people skills always maintaining a friendly and courteous manner is of utmost importance.
- Able meet the physical demands of the job, including operating the lift van, securing passengers and wheelchairs, and helping passengers using mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs.
- Excellent driving skills and operating company vehicle in a safe manner.
- Must have a good knowledge of the layout of the Edmonton area and be able to read maps.

**Required Skills**:

- **Must have own 'Limited' company, WCB and GST number in place before working with us**:

- **Obtain and pass a criminal record check and vulnerable check**:

- **Must have experience working with Seniors and disabled community**:

- Proven ability to deal directly and professionally with the public.
- Experience working with the disabled community is an asset.
- Must be considerate, respectful, friendly and well-presented demonstrating personal integrity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and dependability and reliability are essential.
- Availability to work a f**lexible schedule including early mornings, late nights & weekends.**:

- Must be a driver in good standing with either a **Class 1, 2 or 4** Alberta License.
- Experience working with the disabled community is an asset.
- Travel or Hospitality Industry experience would be considered an asset.
