MiLo Group Ltd. is looking for a **Sheet Metal Worker**to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, field-based role.

**Wages**:

- Journeyperson: $38.00 - $42.00 / hour
- Apprentice: $19.00 - $40.00 / hour

**What You'll Do**:
As part of our Sheet Metal Team, you will:

- Interpret blueprints and follow industry codes (apprentices will receive guidance and training in this area).
- Perform commercial sheet metal installations and asset work.
- Fit, join, and assemble sheet metal components.
- Fabricate or alter parts on-site using shears, hammers, punches, or drills.
- Maneuver units into position and anchor for installation.
- Fasten seams or joints with welds, bolts, rivets, caulks, or metal drive cleats.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to on-site changes.
- Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other trades.
- Follow all safety protocols, codes, and company policies.
- Journeyperson: plan for efficient use of apprentices and foresee material requirements.
- Journeyperson: lead and mentor apprentices when required; lead hand or foreman experience is an asset.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Journeyperson Applicants: Red Seal Sheet Metal Ticket (required)
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- Commercial, residential, agricultural, or rural experience considered an asset.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home.
- Must be comfortable working at heights.
- Knowledge of MiLo products and terminology (we’ll help you get up to speed)

- WHMIS, CSTS, Fall Protection, MEWP/Aerial Work Platform, First Aid
