**Key Activities/ Responsibilities**:

- Maintain maintenance parts inventory and ensure all parts are properly catalogued and labelled
- Ensure minimum shelf quantities and maintain parameters (safety stock and maximum stock levels)
- Source out replacement parts, negotiate pricing and order using SAP
- Compare pricing, lead times and established reliability
- Create orders through SAP for a PO#, send release request, then order once approved
- Conduct regular cycle counts to verify part quantities on hand are accurate, re-order part quantities that require adjusting
- Ensure parts are accurate and received in SAP with the associated work order
- Other tasks as assigned
- Stage parts prior to scheduled preventative maintenance to facilitate maintenance team Support maintenance team during reactive maintenance by providing correct parts
- Enter data in FIIX/CMMS, follow up and close/receive work orders in a timely fashion showing parts have been received and are in the inventory
- Generate reports and perform file management (hard/soft data)

**Other Required Duties**:

- Work with accounts payable to correct invoicing discrepancies
- Maintain propane and other welding gas quantities
- Ensure chemical cabinets are up to WHMIS and NSF standards
- Maintain the PPE vending machine for all staff
- Order supplies for Sanitation and Quality Assurance
- Assist the maintenance team find parts
- Pull a report of overdue PO’s and follow-up with vendors
- Arrange pickups of company parcel for all the internal departments
- Responsible for creating expense reports for contractors
- Log and enter new vendors into SAP

**What you will bring**:

- Previous experience in a Maintenance Coordinator role
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office/Excel and FIIX is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking and good communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Flexible, resourceful, and possesses a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience would be an asset
