**Seeking 1 Full-time Client Acquisition Association**

**BACKGROUND**:
We are a well-established Brain Health Centre located in North Vancouver. We have an opening for 1 full-time Client Acquisition Associate position. All training will be provided on the job.

At Elumind, we provide state-of-the-art brain and mental health services to individuals in search of reaching the peak of their brains’ potential. Our philosophy encompasses a variety of integrative approaches to brain health as we believe that healthy software (the mind) can only run on healthy hardware (the nervous system). **What You’ll be Responsible for as the Client Acquisition Associate**:

- Covering Incoming and Outgoing calls and sales leads with a mental health understanding and background
- Managing the appointments’ calendar
- Follow-up with clients
- Reporting directly to marketing director
- Provide quality control calls and understand and empathize with clients
- Perform scripts to ensure consistency.
- Develop call lists independently
- Document all calls and results.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- A college degree (Psychology is preferred)
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficient Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, and Digital soft wares)
- Familiar with CRM platforms
- High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently
- Creativity, initiative, and a team-oriented outlook for problem solving
- A talent for finding opportunities for innovation and improvement for the business and the team

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service/Acquisition: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
