- You will be an important element of our over-the-top platform team. As such, working closely with the product owners, architects and technical managers, your role is to ensure the smooth execution of product front-end development and coordinate the technical work required to deliver requested features, while adhering to the standards and practices agreed to by the development management team.- The team you will be part of is in charge of an harmonized product, powering CBC Gem and ICI Tou.TV.**Perks you can look forward to**:

- Beyond your normal development tasks, you will:- Participate in analysis/conception, evaluation, and planning of projects with the development team
- Plan and prioritize development tasks in collaboration with the project manager
- Find technical solutions in collaboration with the architects and the digital development management team
- Collaborate in implementing and insure compliance with development standards within your team in collaboration with the practice leads
- Act as a mentor with you team
- Communicate to your team status and changes in the project
- Bring technical and personnel issues to the practice leads and suggest solutions to these issues
- Stay up to date with best practices in programming and documentation in the industry (contribute to technology monitoring)
- Proactively assess your team in order to suggest workflow improvements
- Share knowledge in your field of expertise
- Promote best practices in terms of documentation and insure an adequate transfer to the team
- Insure a smooth delivery of projects from analysis to deployment
- Participate in code reviews in order to help the team evolve and insure adherence to high quality standards and code robustness
- Perform all related tasks**What you will bring to our team**:
- In depth knowledge of web front-end development and software development lifecycles;-
- Mastery of web front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript;-
- In depth knowledge of the React development environment, Next.js and its associated libraries;-
- Knowledge of web accessibility and accessibility standards (WCAG);-
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization);-
- Knowledge
