Supreme Business Solutions Inc dba as Boliver Heights Gas Bar located at 13916 Grosvenor Road Surrey BC V3R 5G1, a 24 hour Gas Station that includes a full service option pump, and Convenience Store needs a full-time permanent Gas Station Manager.

**Position: Gas Station Manager**

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Oversee, plan and manage the operations of Boliver Heights Gas Bar.
- Manage supervisors, gas attendants, oversee employees’ performance, and mentor employees to improve performance over time.
- Maintain positive relationships with local vendors and source & negotiate with new vendors when needed.
- Hire employees, train new hires and fire employees who do not meet requirements.
- Determine staffing requirements for the station.
- Create employee schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and adjust these schedules to accommodate employees when possible.
- Use market research to capitalize on consumer trends, to determine expected sales volume for new products and to set competitive prices for the station.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Make decisions on all products sold and services offered with the goal of maximizing station revenue.
- Implement and manage the station’s credit policy.
- Plan the budget and authorize expenses according to this budget.
- Manage customer complaints and oversee the resolution of these complaints. Ensure good customer services are maintained all the time.
- Ensure that security protocols, such as maintaining small amounts of cash on premises, are followed at all times.

**Employment requirements**:

- College Diploma in either business administration or related field is required
- 1 year experience in retail service management is required OR equivalent qualification/experience may be considered
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- English language

Wage: $30.00 per hour

Working hours per week: 40 hours per week
