**Summary**

We are seeking a creative Real Estate Photographer to continue elevating our marketing through high-impact visual storytelling. This position plays a pivotal role in capturing stunning imagery that reinforces our reputation as Toronto’s top real estate team. Your work will enhance the visual narrative of our listings, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns, ensuring that every property stands out in the competitive market.

**Photography and Videography**
- Capture high-quality images and videos of real estate properties, including interiors, exteriors, twilight, and aerial drone photography.
- Utilize Matterport/iGuide technology to create immersive 3D virtual tours.
- Plan and execute creative storytelling visuals to highlight unique architectural features.
- Edit and retouch images using professional software such as Lightroom and Photoshop to ensure exceptional quality.
- Capture engaging lifestyle shots and social media-friendly content, including behind-the-scenes footage.

**Project Coordination and Client Interaction**
- Work closely with real estate agents, homeowners, and stagers to ensure properties are photo-ready before each shoot.
- Collaborate with real estate agents to ensure their visual content needs are met.
- Schedule and execute shoots in alignment with property listings, ensuring efficiency and timely content delivery.
- Travel across Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for scheduled shoots, maintaining professionalism and brand consistency.

**Post-Production and Content Delivery**
- Process and deliver edited images and videos within designated timelines.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital library of property visuals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure visual content aligns with Heaps Estrin’s brand standards.

**Innovation and Brand Development**
- Stay up to date with real estate photography trends, techniques, and equipment.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
- Leverage innovative photography styles and angles to enhance Heaps Estrin’s visual storytelling approach.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or similar fields.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Expertise in DSLR/mirrorless cameras, wide-angle lenses, lighting setups, and stabilizers.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
