We're looking to grow our team for our newest location at:
**St. Jacobs Market**

**Location: St. Jacobs Farmer's Market, St. Jacobs, Ontario**

**Season: All (We are located inside Peddler's Village)**

**Various Shifts: Thursdays and Saturdays. (DAYTIME). From Spring to Fall, the market is also open Tuesdays.**

**About Us**:
Paradigm Spirits Co. is a craft distillery from London, Ontario. We produce premium spirits including Vodka, Gin and Whisky and canned Session Cocktails. Our market, nestled in the heart of the famous St. Jacobs Farmer's Market, is where award-winning spirits meet exceptional service and great guest experience. It's our first full season at the Market and we're looking for a small team to help us throughout the entire season.

**What You'll Do**:
As the spirit ambassador, your tasks will be as diverse as our selection, including:

- Guiding customers through our award-winning spirits and Shift Session cocktails. We cannot emphasize how important it is that you LOVE talking to people and have a desire to engage with the public for extended periods of time.
- Make suggestions, give advice, answer questions and assist customers.
- Processing sales orders (you must be able to operate an iPad and a POS)
- Creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere.
- Ensuring compliance with Smart Serve regulations and checking IDs (19+).
- Serving up the sunshine and premium spirits with a friendly demeanour.
- Managing inventory (you must be able to lift to 50 lbs), and providing regular sales reports.
- Standing for extended periods as you handle the bustling St. Jacobs Market crowds.
- Offering samples of our delicious award-winning spirits and sharing our story and values with customers.

- A love of meeting and talking to people
- Minimum age of 19 years with a valid Smart Serve certificate
- Previous retail or customer service experience (experience is a must)
- Strong organizational skills for managing inventory and sales reporting
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Vibrant and friendly personality to enhance the Bunkie experience and embody the spirit of Paradigm

**How to Apply**:

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
