As a HubSpot Lead Generation and MarCom Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth. **Responsibilities**
- Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies to team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify trends and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot) and lead management software to track leads and measure the performance of lead generation initiatives.
- Supporting digital first strategy for lead generation campaigns to extend current market reach and convert existing markets actively targeted customers
- Collaborate with other members of the Marketing and Communications team and the New Business team to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive analysis to make strategic recommendations in terms of content and initiatives to put forward.
- Utilize experience in generating and measuring leads and content performance in a B2B environment with long sales cycles, high price points, and custom solutions.
