**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- General commercial building maintenance not limited to roofing, drywall reapirs, basic plumbing, painting, etc.
- Install and repair drywall.
- Utilize power tools effectively and safely.
- Engage in heavy lifting tasks to support project needs.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role.
- Expertise in drywall installation and repair.
- Experience in cabinet installation with attention to detail.
- Skill in tile laying for functional or aesthetic purposes.
- Physical strength and ability to perform heavy lifting tasks.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.17-$33.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
