Castle is now recruiting its next Manager who will continue to establish the Motel for its very personalized and genuinely caring place of stay. We strive each day to practice the golden rule, ‘treat others the way we want them to treat us’. We consciously do what it takes to ensure our guests are ready for work every morning

**Salary Range**

Up to $45,000 per year. Required to stay on site at the 2BR Manager accommodation. Bonus. 2 weeks vacation.

**Profile**

This position is open to motel experts and/or hotel professionals who are keen to take on a new independent challenge. Couples with prior motel type experiences would work well. We are also open to those who have been around the block and is looking to stay engaged longer in their careers. With 16 suites, a typical day may add up to 6 hours of work.

**Responsibilities**

As the 'operator in residence' the individual is in charge of the smooth running of the motel, will be required to stay on property and be responsible to deliver a delightful experience to our guests. Tasks to be carried out include check in/out, house keeping / cleaning of suites, snow removal / lawn mowing, deal with maintenance issues that arise and attend to guest enquiries in a timely manner. Usually you will need to complete all these tasks by your self and in heavy or busy periods additional support will be provided. You are expected to develop efficient ways of working and improve business performance.

Your efforts and outcome are genuinely appreciated with a fair wage and an excellent bonus for a business of this size. In addition, the package includes free 2 Bed Room accommodation with utilities, cable, laundry, etc.

**Qualifications**
- Previous hospitality or property management experience is beneficial.
- All customer service experiences and building maintenance skills are highly valued.
- Adherence to ethical ways of working is non negotiable.
- Capacity to deliver a high level of genuine guest care is mandatory.
- Ability to establish superior guest satisfaction is a must.

Pay: Up to $45,000.00 per year
