The ministry's Information Management Strategy and Policy Branch leads the development and implementation of data strategy and policy across all sectors of healthcare and plays a key role in designing new health system approaches to data to transform our citizens' experience of healthcare and push the boundaries of health innovation. **Who we are looking for**: The Branch is seeking a Project and Reporting Coordinator. In this role you will: - Provide project support and coordination and undertake project issues analysis and research. - Administer project tracking, planning and decision-making processes and provide project/financial status and issues updates to senior management. - Use active prioritization to manage diverse and sometimes complex tasks and project processes with conflicting deadlines. - Develop work relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support projects. - Make recommendations on how to improve branch and project operations, including training requirements, and establish processes to streamline and make things more effective. **How do I qualify?**: **Planning, Organizing and Coordinating Skills**: You can proactively define what needs to be achieved and how to get there.
