Trillium Care Communities is a retirement home operator dedicated to the care and wellbeing of residents. We are currently seeking two (2) Personal Support Workers on a full-time and part-time basis (Shifts Days, Evenings, Nights) for a 25-bed retirement home in Norwich, ON.

The Personal Support Worker provides personal care and services to each resident under the direction and supervision of the operations manager.

Job Entails not limited to performing personal care and services to promote the comfort and safety of the residents under the direction of the Charge Nurse. Observes and promptly reports changes in a resident’s physical and emotional condition. Review any changes in each clients personalize care plans. Completes documentation according to established policies. Follows daily, weekly, and monthly routines for specific Personalize care. Assist Residents as per personalize care. Reports nutrition-related concerns to the Charge Nurse. Being courteously with residents, resident’s families, and visitors. Assists in maintaining a tidy and clean environment.

Must have the ability to speak, read and write English, and to follow oral and written directions. Must be able to work independently, according to established procedures/policies, and to work as a member of a group. Includes lifting, pushing/pulling, and stretching/reaching on a regular basis throughout the shift.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
