A career as a **Specialist** in our Commercial Banking team at National Bank is to act as a credit expert for a portfolio of business clients. This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization through your experience in credit analysis, risk management, and client relationships.

**Your job**
- Evaluate financial statements and assess creditworthiness to support sound, timely lending decisions
- Recommend appropriate credit structures that balance business opportunity and risk
- Work closely with the sales team to build customized, full-service financial solutions
- Monitor the client portfolio with diligence and identify opportunities to optimize credit performance
- Be open to occasional travel, depending on your place of residence and client location

**Prerequisites**
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, and have at least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial lending or credit analysis
- Demonstrate proficiency in financial statement analysis and sound knowledge of credit risk
- Experience using financial tools such as Moody’s Financial Analyst
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
