**As a valued member of the team, your core responsibilities will include**:

- Assemble accurate tenders for bids and ensures these tenders are submitted in a timely manner
- Obtain accurate pricing for equipment, materials and sub-contractors used
- Contact necessary suppliers and sub-trades
- Take off material labour using estimation hardware and software
- Maintain all project changes (Addendums/new plans) for estimated costs
- Complete tender for review and submits formal tender/bid by tender close date
- Attend site visits
- Prepare quote in Bid Template
- Other duties as assigned
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Project
- Proven Team Player
- Professional, approachable and customer-service oriented
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Understand and provide value engineering opportunities
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Completion of Trade or Technical school in the areas of Engineering, AutoCAD or Drafting plus 4+ Years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
