**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that contribute to the successful completion of each job. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team on-site.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic construction tools.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to ensure project specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
