We're proud to have a strong history fueled by innovation, a people-first mindset, and the belief that we can deliver ground-breaking access solutions to benefit our clients, communities, and planet. **What you'll do at Paradox**: All Operators will be responsible for operating designated equipment safely for the installation and service of all matting projects. **Day-to-Day Task list** - Operating a Loader - Install and remove allocated matting projects - Repair mats during slow times - Practice outstanding customer service at all times - Complete field paperwork as required - Additional duties as assigned - Keep equipment clean and complete routine maintenance. - Ensure heavy equipment is safely and securely stored. **What you'll bring to Paradox?** - 3-5 years of experience operating a loader - 2-4 years moving matting - Valid safety tickets - Willingness to learn and be taught all aspects of field operations and matting equipment - Comply with all safety rules and regulations at all times - Ability to travel as required to matting project sites in western Canada. - The knowledge to operate equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize the risk of injury and property damage. - Uphold Paradox's values and standards wherever the job takes you - Be a team player - Pass a Drug and Alcohol test and 50lb Fitness to Work test - Willingness to work overtime and shift work. - Be prepared to work in all weather conditions. **What Paradox will offer you?** **Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal Work **Pay**: Wage will be based on years of experience and qualifications.
