**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

Milltech Millwork is currently looking for a new team member in our IT department who is enthusiastic, passionate, and prides themselves on resolving challenging business and technical issues for a large manufacturing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and improve infrastructure processes (wired and wireless network in office and plant areas, data backup, intranet and web)
- Perform file system and database configuration and management
- Monitor and improve site computer security
- Maintain and expand documentation on all systems configurations, processes and procedures
- Source, order, and support new software, and hardware, as required

**WHAT MAKES YOU THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**

**Qualifications**:

- You work effectively as an individual with great interpersonal and time-management skills
- You have 1-3 years IT experience with an emphasis on Microsoft technologies
- You have proficiency in the following critical software:

- Microsoft Windows Server with specific experience using Active Directory, Failover clustering, Hyper-V, DNS, DHCP and Remote Desktop
- Microsoft 365
- Database reporting and maintenance
- You know how to install, configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Office
- You are comfortable configuring and troubleshooting anti-virus packages
- Strong hardware skills in building, diagnosing, and upgrading Server and PC hardware
- You have strong English language (oral and written) along with good organization skills

**Additional skills and experience that would be beneficial in this role**:

- Previous experience working with Autodesk Design Suite, cabinetry design software (Cutrite, Cabinetvison, Woodwop) and Simply Accounting
- Post-secondary technical education in related fields

Required experience:

- IT experience with an emphasis on Microsoft technologies: 1 year

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
