The Cinematics Producer will report to the Associate Producer on the Match Experiences team.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You will design and drive cinematic features from ideation to execution, alongside the Cinematic Director, Art Director and other Producers and Designers, that improve the FC product each year.
- You will act as final sign off on cinematic quality for product.
- You will work with area and game leadership to manage our team’s capacity and ensure that all cinematics are completed on time and within scope.
- You are expected to partner closely with our Cinematics QV team to develop test plans, actively find and log bugs that push the quality of the product.
- You will represent the team as the main point of contact with all external partners involved in the cinematic pipeline.
- You are comfortable and effective at sharing feature developments to the wider team in in-person and/or virtual meetings. Able to communicate the ‘why’ of what we are building both internally and externally.

**Your Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience as a Producer/Product Owner on a AAA game.
- Deep and demonstrable knowledge of game design and development, with an understanding of how in-game cinematics and cutscenes fits into the player experience.
- Passion for video games, sports games and/or football. Experience playing the FC franchise or other football games is appreciated.
- Risk management abilities. Stays ahead of any potential problems and proposes sound solutions.
- Organizational and prioritization skills. An understanding of project management principles and practices are appreciated.
- Experience in resolving issues and using analytics to inform decisions. Able to work on complex problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Ability to build strong partnerships at every level.
- Proactive tendencies and an endless motor. Sense of urgency and a desire to get things done.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

BASE SALARY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):º $77,600 - $119,000 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
