As the Basketball Coach, you will manage the growth of individual players and the team by designing and executing plans to help improve their skills and performance. You will cultivate a positive environment that encourages sportsmanship and teamwork. You will train and motivate children and youth, provide quality, accessible sports programming. You will work to facilitate BGC London’s basketball leagues in the Club and other sites such as Thorndale, Ilderton & Dorchester. You will have the opportunity to work in various communities to build network and provide equal experience to all participants.

**Qualifications**
- Proven exceptional basketball experience, such as playing or coaching at a competitive level.
- Vast experience in program development, facilitation, and evaluation, particularly in basketball.
- NCCP Development Certified (preferred).
- Strong skills in community engagement, event planning, stakeholder relations, and program assessment.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and high-quality sports programming across disciplines.
- Current Vulnerable Sector Police Clearance issued by local police station required
- Current First Aid & C.P.R. Level C required

**Conditions**:

- Able to deal / manage with kids
- Able to stand for several hours
- Some heavy liftings - required

**Basketball Coach**

Four (4) part time positions available

Monday to Friday, Evenings and weekends when needed
