Morwood Properties Ltd. is looking for 1 permanent full-time employee who is energetic, professional, outgoing, and a self-starter.

The employee’s main focus will be to complete and aid in the completion of general maintenance, construction labourer and grounds keeping at apartment / condominium buildings and self-storage facilities, work sites are based in Regina, Moose Jaw and Saskatoon.

**Salary**: $17.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience)

Start: Immediate

Work Hours: Monday to Friday (hours may fluctuate)

Work remotely: No

**What we’re looking for**:

- Honest, reliable, and keen eye for detail
- Experience in general maintenance
- Superb service skills & commitment to client satisfaction
- Strong time management skills
- A self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision
- Willing and able to perform all duties and work outdoors
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Availability Monday to Friday, open to potential weekend shifts (occasional emergency work outside of scheduled hours)
- High school diploma

- Adhere to all policies and procedures
- Able to walk, stand, climb, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Collection and disposal of waste
- Professionalism and courtesy in every interaction
- Attention to detail
- Keep interior/exterior property clean (doors, floors, walls, stairs, common areas, driveways, washrooms, sidewalk)
- Listen attentively and communicate effectively to management and clients
- Snow removal
- Lawn care
- Minor maintenance projects
- Repairing / aiding with repairs
- Other duties as requested
