**Key Responsibilities**:
**Machine Operator**:

- Operator Various Machineries
- Receieve and process orders in the MRP system
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments in accordance with established procedures and shipping methods.
- Create production reports as per management request
- Ensure orders are procssed in a timely manner

**Inventory Management**:

- Maintain organized and efficient inventory storage areas.
- Monitor raw materials inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in the reconciliation of discrepancies.

**Quality Assurance**:

- Perform quality checks on received and outgoing products to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Identify and report any quality or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.

**Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for handling hazardous materials and operating equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with various departments
- Communicate effectively with internal team members and management.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Further education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
- Good computer skills for data entry and label printing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
