We are seeking a qualified **Lane Closure Technician - LCT **to join our talented group of employees. **Please note: you must have an active TCP ticket to be considered and have a professional mindset. We are looking for long-term employees only.**

**The Position**

Our positions require personnel to work at multiple sites throughout the Fraser Valley and Lower Mainland. We are currently seeking an LCT for our operations throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. You will be responsible for leading your team of Traffic Control staff, setting up the construction zone, helping members of the general public around work zones, and assisting all passing motorists and pedestrians. You will also be required to assist the TCP staff and follow construction crew instructions.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role you should have the following skills and qualifications:

- All employees must have a valid TCP ticket
- At least 1 to 2 years' LCT experience in the industry (preferred)
- Ambitious and driven
- Detail oriented
- Valid BC driver license in good standing
- Exceptional work ethic
- Ability to communicate in a positive manner with the general public and your peers
- Safety-first mindset

**How to Apply**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- LCT: 1 year (preferred)
