**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per provincial regulations.
- **Must have own transportation**
