**Fit Technician Job Description**

We are looking for an experience Fit Technician to join our Jammers family, specialized in sleepwear for the whole family.

**Responsibilities**:

- Problem solves fit, construction and fabric issues as they arise.
- Communicate the fit and construction requirements and corrections to suppliers, keeping our customer and fit standards in mind throughout the fitting process
- Ensure suppliers properly execute fit corrections and necessary changes through effective communication
- Measure and review all fit samples on mannequins to ensure the samples match the requirements
- Create specs based on pictures, samples, block patterns and have knowledge in grading.
- Familiar with and health safety requirements for sleepwear
- Respect timelines and delays
- Maintain effective communication with team members
- Communicate with overseas suppliers on a daily basis

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- 5+ years experience as a Fit Technician, Patternmaker or equivalent
- Experience with fitting procedures, and fitting corrections
- Knowledge of garment construction
- Proficiency in Excel
- Able to work under pressure in a fast
- paced environment.
- Good knowledge of fabrics for both knits and woven
- Good knowledge of garment construction
- Ability to identify and solve problems in garment construction
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player

Pay: $14.60-$31.10 per hour
