Installation Crew Leader

Celebright is looking for an experienced Crew Leader to become a part of our team. In this position, you will be leading an installation crew for the installation and servicing of permanent holiday lighting systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain LED lighting systems.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Plan each installation including factors such as power requirements, determining paths for running wires, and logistics.
- Managing and coordinating the installation crew on site.
- Liaising with the client to ensure that their expectations are met for the installation and provide product training upon completion.
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites while towing a trailer.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with hand tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well in teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and direct a team to efficiently complete them.
- Basic electrical knowledge in DC systems and troubleshooting.
- Must have a valid “G” driver license in good standing.
- Experience with elevated work platforms.
- Experience towing and reversing trailers.

**Education**:

- No specific education required. Some post secondary education is an asset, specifically an electrical, trade, or construction-related field.

**Compensation**:

- Salary to be negotiated based on successful applicant's skill set and experience.
- Bonus: annual bonus for company profit sharing.

**Location**:

- The office is located in Kanata. We meet at the office each morning then travel to job sites in company vehicles.
