WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU? - Career advancement & training opportunities - Opportunity for Comprehensive benefits and pension package - Employee discounts WHAT WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE? - Be the point of contact for potential and existing customers, working in an attractive showroom and making dreams come true - Bring creative solutions to meet or exceed the clients needs tailored to their space, lifestyle and budget - Be proactive, build rapport with contractors and retail customers to increase your product knowledge and expertise in all kitchen and bath products, as well as appliances, so you can guide customers appropriately and give advice as needed - Provide assistance to the Kitchen Designer as-needed basis - Operate cash terminal, handle cash, debit, or credit transactions and prepare and generate special order as required - Stocking of new merchandise coming into the department and adjustments as needed - Prepares weekly inventory orders and submits for supervisor’s approval - Perform other duties as assigned by management WHAT ARE YOUR DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS? - 1 year of exceptional customer service - 1 year of basic knowledge of kitchen, bath and appliances experience - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - We all work as a team and aim to support in other duties as required from time to time - Physical ability to lift up to 20lbs as needed - Exhibits a positive "can do attitude" - Able to work days, rotating weekends **COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS**: Sanitizing is done throughout the store, yard and machines and we are practicing physical distancing.
