**Tanning Consultant Job Description**

**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tanning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive tanning experience for our clients. You will assist customers in selecting the right tanning products and services, while also promoting additional offerings to enhance their experience. **Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs.
- Educate clients on the various tanning options available, including UV tanning beds, spray tans, and skincare products.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling tanning products and services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tanning area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including answering phone calls and client questions, processing payments, and managing client records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally and courteously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
