Proper Measure Victoria Ltd. specializes in providing high-quality, precise floor plans and 3D imaging services to both residential and commercial clients. We are seeking a motivated, reliable individual who excels in customer service, has drafting experience with AutoCAD, and is comfortable working independently to deliver exceptional results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Excellence**: Friendly and outgoing with **exceptional customer service** skills to ensure a positive client experience on every job.
- **Floor Plan Drafting & Measurement**: Attend commercial and residential job sites to **accurately measure and draft floor plans** using AutoCAD. Precision and attention to detail are essential.
- **Photography & 3D Imaging**: Capture residential and commercial properties with **Matterport 3D camera equipment**, creating high-quality visual content for clients.
- **Independent Work**: Ability to manage tasks autonomously, including planning and organizing daily site visits.
- **Deadline Management**: Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines while ensuring high-quality, accurate drafts and 3D scans.

**Requirements**:

- **Drafting Experience**: Strong background in **drafting** and **AutoCAD** is required. Experience with floor plans and accurate measurements is essential.
- **Photography Interest**: An interest in photography, particularly in 3D imaging, is a must.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot and address even the smallest details in both measurements and visual content.
- **Outgoing Personality**: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented, positive attitude.
- **Valid BC Driver’s License**: A clean driver’s record and access to a reliable vehicle, capable of traveling to and from job sites.
- **Criminal Record Check**: Applicants must provide a **criminal record check** before being considered for the role.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
