We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in interacting with our clients, account management, and internal production teams to provide project management and production support. You will ensure that seasonal/promotional programs and other special projects meet deliverables while aligning with client objectives.

- Responsible for coordinating all phases of production from concept to completion for weekly, monthly, and seasonal production, in-store promotional materials, billing, etc.
- Collaboratively work with internal teams to ensure they are fully briefed and have all necessary information to proceed with the project.
- Timely review of the production status of projects in progress to ensure established deadlines are being met.
- Provide regular updates to the leadership team on the status of active projects.
- Identify any risk factors that could jeopardize meeting the project deadline.
- Support internal teams with client follow-up on outstanding project assets and information.
- Deliver client feedback to internal teams in a timely manner.
- Track and organize all data used for billing.
- Collaborate with the team in developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design communication or related industry (or work experience equivalent)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related position
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills, ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge of creative design, print production, digital design and graphic file formats
- Experience in collaborating and working within a team environment as well as autonomously
- Results and detail-oriented
- Passionate about the retail industry and actively seeks new opportunities to learn
