**Overview**
As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for food preparation, customer service, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Your culinary skills and ability to work well under pressure will contribute to the overall success of our team.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer needs.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to upsell menu items effectively through strong sales techniques.
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and retail transactions.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor.
- Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus.

Pay: $17.20-$20.48 per hour
