**Position Summary**:
As a Bell/Concierge Attendant, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional hospitality experience. This hybrid role combines the warm welcome and assistance of a bell attendant with the personalized service and local expertise of a concierge. Your mission is to anticipate needs, create lasting impressions, and ensure each guest feels valued and well-cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Assist with luggage handling during check-in and check-out as requested
- Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Make dining, transportation, event, and tour arrangements as requested.
- Maintain a strong presence in the lobby to assist with guest inquiries and directions.
- Coordinate with front desk, and housekeeping to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized bell desk and concierge station.
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of all of PEI, including restaurants, attractions, and transportation options
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training preferred.
- Prior experience in guest services or a related role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, polished appearance, and a genuine desire to serve.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
