ServiceMaster of Kamloops provides full service disaster restoration to Kamloops and surrounding areas. We employ technicians with industry-specific training and expertise to respond quickly to any emergency day or night. We are growing and are looking for an upbeat person to join our team.

Hours for this role are typically Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with weekend and evening work a possibility based on business demands.

Computer drafting experience and knowledge of the construction or insurance industries would be an asset but someone who is eager to learn will do well in this position. Strong computer knowledge, attention to detail, and business level communication skills are critical to success in this position.

This is an entry level position with opportunity for advancement and with increased wages as you progress.

You will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships with our insurance partners
- Receiving Xactimate assignments
- Maintaining and monitoring workflow in several programs including XactAnalysis and Restore365
- Creating and analyzing reports from several programs pertaining to company workflow and KPIs
- Completing estimates per program guidelines
- Responding to returned estimates in a timely manner
- Meeting profitable project margins

An aptitude for learning and being able to adapt quickly is essential as well as superior computer and communication skills. You must be able to work well under pressure and be able to manage several tight deadlines at once.

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kamloops, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
