**Project Coordinator**

**Summary**

The Project Coordinator is responsible for compiling and organizing project information using internal tools, monitoring, and escalating timeline concerns and supporting project-specific reporting, such as sponsor KPIs.

**Responsibilities**

**More specifically, you will participate in the following**:

- Coordinate ongoing projects across multiple sites;
- Provide support at the project-level activity to ensure the program goals are met;
- Set up project infrastructure, both internal and external when needed (ex. sponsor portal access);
- Identify and manage cross-project dependencies;
- Set review dates to ensure that projects remain on target;
- Coordinate and monitor progress across all projects using internal tracking and scheduling tools, including planned lab work and data deliveries;
- Monitor deadlines overall for program milestones;
- Provide support on project-specific reporting, including gathering information for sponsor KPI reporting;
- Provide the program managers with a program perspective when required, and assist in solving project issues that have program impacts;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Education**
- Bachelor of Science.

**Main Requirements**
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent knowledge of techniques for planning and monitoring programs;
- Advanced knowledge of project management;
- Ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems;
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills (French and English);
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
