**Food Service Administrator**

**Reporting to the Executive Head Chef**:
Assist culinary management team to provide administrative support for the Food Services departments.

**Administration Responsibilities**
- Working closely with Culinary Management team to support and increase guest satisfaction
- Maintain constant contact with vendors and shipping companies while deliveries are enroute
- Confirm Delivery and send shipping receipt and invoices to Accounting
- Input new menus, recipes or products into Optimum Control
- Cost out proposed menus
- Set up Menu items in Silver Ware and Optimum Control
- Activate and inactivate items within these two systems
- Input Schedules in Time clock
- Help prepare and inform staff of new menu tastings
- Update all menus as required (online, printed, QR)
- Source optional suppliers and suppliers for new goods
- Help complete any required paperwork
- Work with Managers to ensure they stay up to date with reviews
- Follow up on accident reports to make sure they are completed properly and are forwarded to HR.
- Any other task as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
