**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and food quality.
- Support the management team in supervising and training staff members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies.
- Contribute to a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and a culture of excellence.
- Assist in the scheduling of staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours and events.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure it meets company standards.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, expectations, and feedback.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures, addressing any violations promptly and appropriately.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed, ensuring the restaurant is ready for operation each day.
- Analyze customer feedback and work with the management team to implement improvements.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
By taking on these additional responsibilities, you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards of Seoul Fried Chicken and ensuring a positive dining experience for all our guests.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food service.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATES REQUIRED**
- Partial high school education or higher
- Food handling certificate
- Pro-serve certificate
