Responsibilities:

- Operate skid steer and snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and other designated areas
- Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as needed
- Clear snow from sidewalks, entrances, and other pedestrian areas
- Spread salt or other de-icing materials to prevent ice buildup
- Perform routine maintenance on snow plow equipment, such as checking fluid levels and inspecting blades
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any equipment issues or maintenance needs
- Working night shifts
- **Salary position**:

- pay based on experience
- Must be up to date on First Aid
- Must be able to work Christmas Eve and New Years Eve.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred
- Knowledge of safe operating procedures for snow plow equipment
- Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record within 30 days
