**What are your contributions to the team?**:
- Ensure the alignment and the focus of the Manufacturing, IT & BOE Leadership Team on strategic priorities and transformation roadmap
- Ensure a proper performance monitoring structure
- Be accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality governance presentations, including creating and animating them for audiences at all levels of the organization
- Assist management by providing full governance/reporting support
- Generate value-added business insights and analysis to the Leadership Team
- Determine, plan, coordinate and lead key Governance meetings and activities
- Facilitate discussion, decision making and accountability by providing an efficient governance structure
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience**:
- You have a university degree in a Business, Communication, Marketing, Engineering discipline or any related discipline.
- You have zero (0) to two (2) years of experience
- You have relevant experience, ideally in, but not limited to, aerospace, operations, consulting and/or organization strategy;
- You have a good understanding of financial statements or business acumen;
- You have a strong ability to simplify and summarize messages to have an impact on your audience;
- You have excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Power Point and Excel);
- You are bilingual in French and in English;
