**Wireless Sales Representative Key Responsibilities**:
- Acquire a thorough understanding of our business development, sales strategies, and client products and services to enhance customer acquisition efforts.
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with consumers through face-to-face interactions, ensuring a superior sales experience from initial contact onward.
- Collaborate with management to mentor and develop other marketing and sales assistants within the organization.
- Work alongside fellow Wireless Sales Representatives to analyze and refine sales and marketing strategies, thereby enhancing productivity and client satisfaction.
- Promote an inclusive working environment by organizing weekly team-bonding activities and exercises.
- A commitment to professional growth and a clear understanding of our company’s core values and responsibilities.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while remaining open to constructive feedback that fosters both personal and organizational development.
- A positive attitude towards colleagues, clients, and customers contributes to a collaborative work atmosphere.
- A strong commitment to open communication, aligning personal and professional goals with the overall objectives of the organization to ensure a supportive experience for all employees.
**Wireless Sales** **Representative Qualifications**:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Relevant experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
- A balance of coachability and leadership skills is required to effectively work in a team environment.
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from our office for work daily.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,242.51-$107,040.89 per year
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
