We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

**Skills**:

- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of wine, beer 'ready-to-drink' products and wine an asset
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Experience in similar liquor retail or winery/brewery environments an asset

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (required)
