We are a small but rapidly growing business in search of hardworking and energetic waiter/waitress that is able to learn and adapt in a fast paced work environment. At Ruby Siam, we strive to provide our customers with the highest standard of culinary quality and customer care while also accommodating to their individual palates. We also want our team to uphold these high standards. When customers walk into our restaurant, our servers are the first to greet them. We want to ensure that they are greeted with a cheerful and welcoming smile, that we are ready to serve and help make their mealtime during their stay comfortable and enjoyable.

*Training will be provided regardless of experience
- Welcome, seat and engage with customers
- Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
- Attend to guests with required special attention (children, elderly, food allergies, food restrictions, etc.)
- Operate a POS
- Take orders and relay to kitchen
- Schedule and make note of reservations
- Set tables
- Arrange orders and pick up time
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare and serve specialty foods and beverages
- Present bill to patrons
- Accept payment via over the phone or over counter
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Occasional food packaging and labeling
- Regular Sanitization of common contact area (counters, seatings, tables, washroom, door handles)
- Cleaning for closing

Mask wearing is optional, we provide extra mask if needed. Regular sanitization of common surface and area such as washroom, checkout counter and drink counters. Food handling require the wear of gloves.
