Our practice, Georgian Dental Barrie, is searching for a detail-oriented, experienced **Dental Office Administrator/Treatment Coordinator** to join our team on a Full-Time basis.

** Please note this position is Full Time, Monday to Friday and rotating short Saturdays, within standard clinic hours.**

- Oversee scheduling patient appointments efficiently; optimize the time and schedules of the dental professional team by minimizing gaps between appointments
- Contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients and their families that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression
- Build patient relationship through ongoing dialogue
- Responsible for the organization and co-ordination of office supplies

**Here's What You Will Bring**:

- Dentrix /Dental Admin experience necessary
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular
- Experience in optimization of scheduling patient appointments
- Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
- Highly proficient in patient management
