**About the Role**

We’re looking for a creative and organized Marketing & E-commerce Manager to lead Stakora’s marketing. More than a maintenance role, this role is for someone who’s excited to test new ideas, and contribute to the growing company.

**What You’ll Do**

**Management**
- Manage a yearly marketing and campaign calendar
- Plan for seasonal product launches, promotions and events
- Plan, execute, and publish content across social media, website, and ad platforms

**Content & Campaign Execution**
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials
- Identify opportunities and translate them into relevant content
- Coordinate photoshoots with models and photographers
- Collaborate with external teams

**Website Content**
- Plan and refresh website content periodically and around calendar
- Plan and execute website improvements from a content point of view

**Bonus**
- Be a visible face and voice for the brand through storytelling, social media, or campaigns
- Graphic design or video editing abiilities

**You’re a Great Fit If You Have**
- Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail
- Experience in social media and digital marketing (especially Instagram and TikTok)
- Previous experience with e-commerce brands
- Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Collaborative and comfortable working with creative teams (photographers, models, designers, etc.)
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and culture
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and visual storytelling
- Ability to plan things from ahead
- A growth driven mindset
