**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications.
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
- Assist in meal preparation for other menu items as required by the restaurant.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure quality control of all food items.
- Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for the culinary arts, particularly in pizza making, is highly desirable.

Pay: $16.62-$22.92 per hour
